One to one yoga therapy

As a 500-hour advanced yoga teacher and nutritional therapist, I offer bespoke one-to-one yoga therapy sessions designed to support your health in a truly holistic way. Whether you're managing a specific health condition or simply seeking a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit, I tailor each session to your unique needs, ensuring that you feel fully supported and completely nurtured.

In our sessions, I will provide you with a blend of down-to-earth, science-informed practices rooted in both yoga and nutrition. My approach is trauma-informed, ensuring that your safety and comfort are always prioritised.

Book a one to one yoga therapy session

You can book one session at a time, or save by buying a bundle of sessions together.

For those with a specific health condition, a minimum of 3 sessions are usually recommended. If you’re not sure how many sessions you’d like or need, get in touch and we can talk it through.

Sessions are usually one hour each, but can be longer or shorter to suit you. Prices below are based on one hour sessions.

Sessions can be held at Bristol School of Yoga studio (BS2) or at your home if you live within a Bristol (BS) postcode district.

All yoga equipment will be provided, but you’re welcome to use your own if you prefer.

I offer concession discounts for anyone with low / no income as I believe that money should not be a barrier to anyone accessing the benefits of yoga.
